are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Vintabros run
by Italian Luxury Group seeks out the best shipping options for delivery. We
use multiple freight courier services in order to provide our customers with
great value and service for their deliveries. We reserve the right to
change freight providers, or substitute freight providers, from time to time
without providing further notice.
All deliveries have a Track & Trace whereby you can track the status of your
order at all times. Signatures will be required, we do not provide Authority to
Leave if this is something you specifically require please email our
team at info@italianluxurygroup.com.au We understand that people often
work during business hours, and therefore suggest ordering items to your
business address if you do not think you will be available to sign for them at a
home address throughout the week.

FREE SHIPPING
Vintabros ships to Australia and the rest of the world.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or
delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by
a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be
a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email
or telephone.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within
Australia
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Italian Luxury Group ships to addresses within the Australian Territories, and
APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Drivers will ask for the receiver's name, sign the scanner with ‘ATL’ and leave
the parcel in a sensible place for the customer to pick up once they leave
If no one comes to the door and the franchisee considers the location a safe
drop, the standard ATL process will be followed. Transit Warranty conditions
for ATL will apply.
If no one comes to the door and the franchisee does not consider the location
a safe drop, they will follow the standard failed delivery card process.
All regional areas will be delivered using the standard ATL process.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped
containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within
24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Vintabros is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer
(tariffs, taxes, etc.). For Eu customers please note that all the prices are
exclusive of VAT.
Damages
Vintabros is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a
claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been packed and has left our warehouse, you will
receive an email with all of your tracking details.
Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reach your
inbox, once it has left our warehouse.
If you believe your order has been delayed or you have not received your
tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our Customer Care team via
email at info@italianluxurygroup.com.au so we can lodge an inquiry for you.
Incorrect Address
If there is an error with your address, please
contact info@italianluxurygroup.com.au ASAP and we will endeavor to
amend it. However, due to the fast processing times of our online warehouse,
this is not guaranteed.
We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however, will always try
to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please
make sure you check your delivery address carefully.
